Good service. I appreciated how everyone I talked to was willing to explain what was happening and why. As I waited for an oil change I overheard one of their people walking through an inspection of a car some young people wanted to buy and I was impressed with their thorough explanations.

Also, a part didn't need to be replaced so they were honest and didn't charge or replace it, so they saved me $100 not replacing it. Amazing that they were so honest. Very happy
Fast and friendly. Steve offered to look at my car right away so I didn't need to wait for a diagnosis. Several regulars came in while I was waiting. The guys new them by name and greeted them warmly. Super friendly and professional. Will come again.
This team is the absolute best! They are so honest and caring when it comes to taking good care of your vehicle. I recently took my car in for a list of concerns the dealership told me about and tried to sell me on repairs. Steve hopped in my car right away and told me exactly what I suspected ... my car was fine and the dealership was just trying to get me to spend money. Every time I take my car to Excel they take great care of her and communicate with me the whole time. I will definitely continue using them AND recommend them to all my friends.
