Came in to have my all-seasons switch out for my snow tires and to replace my battery. Left by being told that my back wheel wouldn't come off and that it was a liability issue with the company that put my all-seasons back on and if I wanted Firestone to fix it, it would cost upwards of $400.

Overpriced, bad customer service, and I left with more issues than I went in with. Do yourself a favor and head somewhere else to begin with - Jiffy Lube fixed my breaks for $300 and it was done in an hour, no appointment necessary. My second opinion saved me over $1,000. I made an appointment to get my brakes checked that took 2 1/2 hours, they gave me a quote for $800 to fix them (new rotors and brake pads) + added in another $400 worth of stuff I "needed" to get done. When I got my car back, the window regulator was broken. They said they would fix it, on the house, but I needed to come back the next day. Jose would be there personally to meet me. I returned at the requested time, and not only was there no one available for an hour to work on my car, no one I had worked with previously was available (That I had been promised would, personally, take care of it without cost). I decided to come back in an hour when someone WAS there to work on it, and instead of calling, they waited for me to return a third time to let me know they would refuse to do anything about it, besides quote me an additional $500 fix. In the end, it was a $1600 quote, 4-5 hours of my time, and I left with more problems than when I started. NOT WORTH IT.

Went to that previous company (all the way in Boise) to only be laughed at and was told that Firestone Techs lied and that they didn't put in enough effort to take off my tire that took them less than 10 seconds.

I wish that more technicians handled the customers that come into Firestone more like Nick did. I guarantee had someone checked the first technicians work, I wouldn't have been in this mess. Thank you for rectifying my issue. Much appreciated!

I have taken several cars here and purchased several tires for multiple vehicles. I know shame on me for continuing to take my vehicles here after having so many bad experiences but, it was in a convenient location. I guess the final straw for me is I went to a different location to have an oil change and found out that whomever did my last oil change Firestone tire did not put in a new oil filter. The next thing is I bought 2 set of new tires within months tires were wearing unevenly. I have been told multiple times they wouldn't warranty my tires as this was my fault. I pay for tire services and not once has anyone told me I need an alignment now my brand new tires of 3 months are bald. Again, not one time in the last 2 years have they said I need an alignment. Am I the tire Expert?

I went in for 2 tires and an oil change. It took about 75 minutes (reasonable, considering had an appointment). The work was fine, the tire prices were comparable to other shops. 3 stars because they also did a "courtesy check" that looks at belts, battery, lights, fluids, etc. I was pleased and frankly surprised that the courtesy check didn't find anything amiss. It even has a spot to check for missing hubcaps. I am indeed missing a hubcap, but the courtesy check said I was not. I decided to do my own check, and discovered (as I expected) that I also have a light out, and my serpentine belt is in serious need of repair. I don't mind that they didn't check out my car...I'm mad that they told me they did when they actually didn't. Pretty unprofessional and potentially dangerous imo.

I called Firestone completely upset and disappointed by the lack of service and the fact that I had to drive to another state to have a "problem" addressed. Spoke with Nick and he was extremely pleasant to work with. He got right down to the bottom of the issue including speaking with the technician that handled my car, as well as speaking with the manager. Within 15 minutes, he offered me a full refund on my services.

I wanted to share the fact that Mark was sooo kind to me earlier today. I stopped by on a whim and needed help. My stroller front tire was flat, and asked him if he could help me. He was FANTASTIC!! It was difficult to inflate that small, odd sizes tire but he persevered and helped us out. I am very grateful. I'd like to shine a light on Mark. He deserves accolades for his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER service.
