Just happy to get my RC Willey items online as I moved from the state where their stores are. But items can be shipped at a good price or even free shipping. Also can get the super deals shipped also. I am so happy they have these services available.
I always have a good experience here. We've been buying from here for about 7 years now and we never left unhappy. This time I ordered online and everything was very easy.
RC Willey is my favorite furniture store. I love the quality and aesthetics of the products. Everything that I've bought from them made my home look better. On and off, I get certificates to redeem towards payments of cool products or I even get them for free! Two things that I will never forget: The first one is that years ago, when I was a single mom with a low income, I used to go with my three kids to go to the store in Provo to eat hot dogs on Saturdays. That would make them super happy. Second, thanks to my RC Willey Account, I was able to start building my credit up. RC Willey is definitely a company that cares for its clients and for anyone else and I'm grateful for that. Five Stars, no doubt.
Want to say that I actually like RC Willey for their high quality, although very expensive furniture and appliances. However, customer service regarding any type of claims is absolutely abominable!
I had a new washer and dryer delivered to my brand new, barely built town home. The delivery men while pushing the dryer back into place ripped up my new flooring. They told me I needed to call customer service and customer service advise I call the claims department. I left messages for the claims department. Apparently there is only one person in that department, which is ridiculous. There should be more than one person in that department. After about a week or so, I finally got a hold of the girl in the claims department. She needed to contact the builder to find out the vinyl floor details. After that I haven't heard anything since. I tried to email and the email came back stating the woman was out of the office. So I emailed and called a couple days after she was to return to work. Still no answer. It has been two months now with this issue.
I am very pleased with the service I received at RC Willey in Salt Lake. Shane went above and beyond to help me find the correct size refrigerator for my rental property. He was knowledgable and very courteous. He was concerned about what I really needed and not just trying to sell me something. The delivery was on time and they showed when scheduled with phone numbers to check in. The quality of the merchandise I had to choose from was also very good. RC Willey is my first "go to" when purchasing appliances and also furniture. Thank you for the great service.
This behavior is sad and quite unacceptable.
From this alone, I may not ever buy from RC Wiley again. I've been a customer for about 20 years myself and my parents even longer.
