I love this store! I love the type of furniture they sell, and the wonderful customer service they have. We have always been met at the door with a friendly smiling face, and offered a drink of water or a cookie. The pieces of furniture that we have purchased from San Francisco Design, are so well worth the price. It might seem a little pricey upfront, but you will not be replacing things for years and years. It is such high-quality stuff

Ordered some chairs was told 12 weeks. Ok, no big deal. Except we waited 28 weeks and during those 28 weeks basically had to hound the SF Design team for status updates. We were always given a new BS excuse. Got chairs, no apologies, no discount offered... NOTHING. Good furniture but customer service is a dumpster fire.
Totally a great experience all around. From the sales team that helped find what I wanted to the delivery. My favorite piece we got was the Core S Sectional. Not only is it comfortable, but it adds a warm and welcoming feel in our living room.

I would recommend this store to everyone I know. I have never had a bad experience there, and I am 100% sure you won't either.
The designers were very knowledgeable and were able to me the perfect items for my house. The shipping took a little while but I guess that's expected with a custom piece. I'll be back for sure.
