Very impressed with the care I recieved today. I went in with a really bad kidney & bladder infection. I was taken care of quickly, each member of staff was kind and attentive. I left feeling like I had been heard & taken care of, they even helped me set up an appointment for follow up care with a provider they trusted. I would not hesitate to come back, or to bring my children.

Literally every time I come here it sucks. The pharmacy is the worst. They are always rude and have attitude. They need to learn that people come here when their sick and they shouldn't be rude to them for no reason

Nurse practitioner Brooke Paulson and her staff have to be among the worst medical providers I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time, money or patience with them because they will only disappoint you with their incompetence.

It's not the fanciest facility but i absolutely loved my obgyn. My first pregnancy and delivery wouldn't have gone as smoothly and stress free without her. I was sad to have to switch medical providers when my insurance changed.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because Anna (the Medical Assistant) was terrific. The rest of the process was so frustrating! I called to make an appointment and they kept me on the phone for 20 minutes gathering information. The worker had no idea who Worker's Compensation Fund of Utah is, told me that wasn't insurance, and told me she would leave that part blank because I "wouldn't tell" her my insurance. Then I called to reschedule the appointment and had to tell the new worker all of the exact information. Then they called me the week of my appointment and asked me the exact information. Then I came in and had to fill out paperwork with the exact information. When I asked what the point was of all the phone calls, I was told that they don't have a system that can print out that information. WHAT?! Every other clinic I have been to can print out the information they've gathered and have you review for accuracy. Then I saw an an intern (for only a few minutes) who told me that he didn't think my injury was from work, even though it happened at work (with witnesses) and I do no other activity in my personal life that could cause it. The doctor was a little better, but he was basing his review on what he'd been told by the intern. This isn't a place I would recommend for ease of service!
