Doctor ran behind schedule by about 15 min – not a huge deal considering that was the only "bad" thing about the experience. Very nice and receptive doctors / reception staff. It was my first visit and i will continue going!
I came here as a new patient a few weeks ago, had a physical and have been calling for my results once a week. I see the results are in my online chart but I don't know what they mean. When I call they say they aren't ready. This morning I woke up to an online message with another result saying I'm positive for something. No explanation. No phone call. Just the name of the disease. I work in a medical clinic and have for years, I have NEVER heard of a physician (their MA usually calls) not calling you with your results especially a positive one! Last thing you want is a patient thinking their dying or being scared like I am right now. There are too many great doctors out there that are compassionate and professional, don't waste your time here.
I'm very happy with my primary care provider, and I find the staff to be pleasant and professional. Their schedules are a bit 'off', but It's nice that they have appointments after work hours.
I don't know if they double book patience or what but they are always at least 20 minutes behind just to call you back. Then another 20 minutes before the doctor even sees you. They have scheduled my wife multiple times without there being the proper staff for her visit. Sad to see such low quality representing the university of Utah.
Called to make an appointment. Phone attendant was very nice and helpful. When I went in for my appointment front desk was very nice and all the staff and PA was very kind and informative. Very good clinic.
