It was pretty clean. The machines did what they were supposed to and the cost was really cheap. We probably went here a couple dozen times while we were temporarily living in the area. The staff here was hit and miss with service. Some times they were polite and helpful, other times you felt like you had inadvertently opened the gates of hell. So as long as you don't need any assistance form the staff....you should be good
I was refused service here an hour before they closed. She was very rude and would not give us any information to contact the owner to file a complaint and she wouldn't tell us her name. She stood at my car door and wouldn't let us get out. So I was refused service, blocked from getting out of MY car, and I wasn't able to get any contact info. Super great place. I love it when I'm treated with such disrespect and even more when I'm not allowed out of my vehicle. I am disgusted by this place.
I will be contacting the owner in the morning for how badly i was treated! The sign says they close at 11pm I got there at 10pm to do my laundry and the lady said I couldn't do it, when I asked to speak with a manger she said she was the manager, so i asked for the owner, she said she could not give out the owners information and told me to come back tomorrow and speak with the manger (So she lied, she's not the manager) when I continued to do my laundry she walked away saying "damn mexicans" and how we need to learn English. She then called the cops and had me leave. I will be back in the morning to speak with the owner if nothing is done I will be contacting a lawyer as I feel I was discriminated against

VERY HONORY GROUCHY RUDE IMPATIENT EMPLOYEES . THEY SEEM TO GET ANNOYED BY THE CUSTOMERS WHEN ASKED FOR HELP WITH A MACHINE. THE WOMAN'S RESTROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IT IT STUNK OF OLD DIRTY DIAPERS AND MY DAUGHTER HAD TO WAIT FOR THE WOMAN TO FINISH WIPING DOWN A WASHER BEFORE SHE WAS GIVEN THE RESTROOM KEY
