Super easy to deal with. I have used them for business for over 2 years now and they do a great job. I dry clean about 30 items a week with them and they do a wo derful job. Mistakes happen and sometimes if items have stains still they happily take them back and run them again until I'm happy. Reply recommend
Horrible customer service. 3 piece dropped off for pickup. "Maybe ready by Tuesday" quoted Friday originally. Never called the customer. After calling to find out a week and half later told it was there for a month. Picked it up and the employee had to take the time to lecture me about how they don't call customers. Waste of time rather then calling the customer. I even said I'm here to get my clothes not argue. But the employee went on about it as I left. Not a place I would recommend. Even to grass roots supporters.
Needed a new dry cleaner since moving to West Valley. Durfey's is affordable and does a quality job with my dress shirts and slacks. Been pleased so far.
I thought it was worth a try. BIG MISTAKE. They ripped my suit pants and my two suits that I brought in are just as dirty as when I gave them to Durfey's! Don't go there! It was a total ripoff!!
