I took my uniform here for the first time as well as an old canvas bag I was hoping they could clean. They did an awesome job! My items were done quickly and the staff was super friendly...I highly recommend!
I would rate .5 for the hours only. This place is a dump. The 3 queen washing machines didn’t clean any of my loads properly. One didn’t wet the close, one didn’t spin the clothes and the other didn’t fully wet the clothes. Dryers seemed ok but since my clothes are either soaking wet, damp or dry with detergent on them I’m mad I am even wasting more time and money.
Came here at 10:30 pm on a Wednesday and no one was here. I don’t see any signs posted in case of issues like mine. There’s no baskets to use to wheel like other places and the chairs are limited if more people were here.
The new owner has made a lot of improvements. They have large washers that can wash your big stuff or just a large load so you don't have to spend so much time using multiple machines. The free WiFi is nice. There is a TV to watch and they have good snacks in their vending machines. Kind of has a vintage feel. The gal who works mornings is really friendly. She remembers me each time I go there.
The equipment is rundown and the machines that are out-of-order don't even have signs on them. Worst place I've ever been.
Worst experience ever!! Dropped off my clothes to be washed and folded on Thursday (8/17), told them I needed it down by Friday (8/18) before 3 as I need to be at work. Showed up on pickup date and surprise we haven't even started your clothes it's still in the bag I DROPPED IT OFF IN. I paid 30 dollars to have my clothes sit there till Tuesday. What kind of service is this?? 1st time there and it will be the last time that's a promise
