Absolutely impressed with these guys! We have had our mattress for more than 10 years and it is still so comfortable. Love that they carry name brands made locally and that they are family owned. You can feel the difference the minute you walk into the place. We recently bought beds for the kids and they love them too. At least consider Bradley's if you're in the market for a bed!
My daughter bought a mattress from Badley's and was very pleased with the service she received. When It came time for my wife and I to replace our mattress we shopped around before going to Bradley's. The customer service there was outstanding. (Thanks Matt) Later we needed furniture for our living room. We again shopped around and then decided to check with Bradley's. We found what we wanted and it was priced within our budget. Once again Matt helped us in finding just what we wanted. I highly recommend Bradley's for their customer service, quality and pricing.
At the store, there was no pressure, just a helpful salesman. We took the futon home and there was a small manufacturing defect we found upon unpacking. I called the store and emailed picts. Unfortunately, the model was discontinued (which we knew when buying) and we had bought the last stock item so an exchange wasn't possible. However, I was given multiple options for repair and ultimately settled on a store credit.
I was able to try out the store model, purchase and take home that day, support a local family business, and receive excellent customer service.
We bought a wood futon frame and mattress from Bradley's. I had found similar models online and the item was priced competitively in the store.
There was no high pressure sales man. Matt answered all our questions then steeped back. Was very impressed with the quality of the furniture that they sell. Will be buying a lot more from them.
Got our furniture today, my wife and I love it. Will be coming back in the future. The craftsman is very talented.
