Wow we were so pleased with our shopping at the warehouse in murray. We not only found what would fit our needs but we got to meet a amazing manager named Shellie wow if you want someone that truly cares about what your looking for then come to Shellie. What amazing customer service we received I'm not what was better Shellie and her genuine personality or our couches both phenomenal!! Thank you!

There was a miscommunication when we ordered our bed. They delivered the right one next day free of charge. Great people to work with!
Be aware, they use bait and switch tactics. Was shown that we were approved for 18 months on a line of credit , (2800.00). A few days later, we were told to come back to the store, this is after delivery, and we slept in the bed, that we were not approved, and had to pay for everything. I said return it all, they said no refund on the mattress, in this case this should not apply, Shelly, the sales woman at the Murray store, was so upset, that she took this personally, she did find a company to finance just the mattress, for 1264.00, and for 6 months which is not what i agreed to. I never agreed to their snap credit program. So she made an error, and is trying to cover it up by forcing me to agree to another contract. This is fraudulent behaviour. I have yet to surreal to the owner, Paul.
Watch out. All 5-star reviews, none older than July? If it smells like a scam... I bought my (king) mattress here two years ago. Great experience, til I slept on it - there's a huge mound in the middle. The owner said, "Sure, we'll replace it. Just bring it in. Or pay the $80 to have it picked up and the $80 to deliver another one." Gotcha!
If u buy from this chain of stores, do not buy from Murray or West Jordan, Make sure you purchase from the owner that u can get a refund if u return the mattress. Great prices, so far terrible customer service
Was allowed to roam by sales people. They asked if I need help and when I received quick service. My mattress was delivered with no problems the next day. I recommend this store for a good mattress at reasonable prices. The store is in the corner of the lot after Big Lots!
