I am very happy with holiday in express. I stayed there for the DoTerra convention. I had lost my phone and their staff went above and beyond. They helped look for my phone until it was found. This took approximately an hour. Their security guards were looking in trash cans and anywhere they thought it might be, including going outside the building while we were using the find my iPhone app. trying to listen for a pinging sound coming from the phone. We finally found it in the parking garage. I am very grateful and will definitely stay with this hotel again, because I know firsthand that they go above and beyond.
Wonderful place to stay. Rooms are practical and very inviting, comfy bed and the room looked very clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful with answering questions about places to see good places to eat.
This was a very nice, clean hotel. It had a decent hot breakfast. My kids loved the pool. Our only real complaint was the $13 for parking. I already spent a decent amount on the hotel room.
At Christmas time the hotel is decked out with beautiful decorations to enjoy. I have stayed here many times and I will keep coming back..
The rooms are by far the most practical. I love how they furnish it to make it feel comfortable for the traveler while keeping it functional. I feel everything was clean. The location is perfect - heart of downtown. Close to everything. Service was a little slow but very friendly and they went the extra mile. I don't blame them for being slow, as the computer monitors are so low for their standing station that they have trouble making things out (at least that's my theory). Showers were great. good pressure and yet not too powerful. You can tell they go the extra mile when you see that they include a make up remover cloth as part of the toiletries. Made me super happy and impressed. Would go back!
The Holiday is a nice hotel that makes you feel more at home. The rooms look better than other hotels at the same price range. The breakfast is good to and it has a pancake maker. Overall it's a good hotel and I would spend the night at it again.
