I used Airport Transportation Express this morning and was very pleased with the service. I requested a very early morning ride to the airport and not only was the car on time, but I received a text about 10 minutes before to let me know they were on the way. The driver was very friendly and the car was clean. Will definitely use them again.
We love the service we get from Shawn and his brother. I use them exclusively when traveling between home and airport.

A star for each time we were stranded at the airpot...I had used Sean and his company for years, he is great,, but the other drivers not so much. During that time, we have been left stranded at the airport on two separate occasions. The last time it was with our two young kids. When I called to ask where our driver was, Sean told me the driver "had tried to call me.", and that he had already left. As an airport transport company, why would you try to call someone you knew was flying on an airplane? His solution was for us to wait 30+ minutes for a Super Shuttle. It was already very late and we were forced to call an Uber, and take our 1 and 3 year olds home without carseats. I was super disappointed with how the situation was handled, and will use a more reliable company in the future.
Have used this guy for the last 4 years probably 20+ times. Always 10 minutes early: always sleep good knowing they are picking me up.
