I have now been told there were repeated calls, which is not reflected in my call logs on our business phone system (that tracks these calls and emails voice mails) or my cell phone logs (again fully tracked).
They've always come through and gone out of their way for me
I would not recommend doing business with this company. Their are better options out there.
I told the company to charge a card on file, they didn't. They called and I had a check cut and sent and informed them of this. Unfortunately the check was returned "not at this address".
They did not inform me at the time of the order they didn't have the card on file as a matter of fact they waited almost a month to inform me they hadn't been paid on that transaction while I was working to clean up a mess from a previous bookkeeper.
