I have been boarding my dogs at Old Farm Pet Resort for about 7 years whenever we go out of town, and before that I worked with them as part of my volunteer work with animal rescue. These people take excellent care of the animals and are deeply concerned about each animal's well being and safety. They have been helpful, caring, and accommodating in every interaction I have had with them and I feel very fortunate that they are available for us to help with caring for our beloved dogs when we need to be away.
How hard is it to strap a cell phone up and stream on snap chat or facebook?
They have been our go to boarding for our large Australian Shepherd, Gus. He loves Steve here. He comes back exhausted but happy. A quick caution the large dog area is gravel that can be irritating if they run allot like our dog does. We often use the grooming services to have him fresh when he returns home. We love the people here.
I asked a few customers if they liked it. One was in love with the place for 10 years. One was just using it for its proximity and said there was a few issues of fighting (which has to be expected but taken care of promptly. But she said its been ok for the last few years, nothing major.
I toured the facilities. But Wasn't impressed with the facilities. Seems very run down and convoluted. They seem to do a decent job separating the trouble makers from the group. And the sizes are kept separate. I like being able to view my doggo online while at work.
This place is incredible. The staff are friendly and energetic. I have seen them go above and beyond multiple times and it blows my mind. The staff genuinely care for the animals as if they were their own. I highly recommend this place and wish I could give them more stars. My 1 year old dog was shy and skiddish but after a week of daycare, I was blown away by the obvious improvent. I have been a customer for almost 6 months and my pup and I feel like family. This place is like a home away from home for pets. Lots of love, huge yards with controlled temperature barns to keep them comfy, and when I did the tour they even have a cat room! (It got me thinking.......ha ha) Great staff. That Annie girl is awesome!

My dogs love it there, they almost don't want to come home! Thanks for the TLC my dogs receive. In the last 8 years, I have never had any problems, we have always been happy with the treatment and the condition they were in when we picked them up. Sorry to hear someone had a poor experience there, we love it, and won't go anywhere else! Thanks Leslie for being such a great dog lover! EL
