My dog had a very expensive procedure to get rid of a growth on her throat. It has grown back 3 times. The first time it did, they said just let it drain, we did, and it proceeded to grow. It came to the point that my dog's growth exploded 3 times. On the 3rd time I had to lance it myself. She felt great afterwards since she was miserable. Since it wasn't packed the space filled with more fluid and gave room for cysts to grow. The fact that I had to do the job they couldn't is horrible. I want my money back. (The staff, not vets, are wonderful) I went in so many times and I can't believe I'm paying off thousands of dollars when they couldn't do the job.
Took our cat in to see the emergency vet for after hours emergency care. Our regular vet recommended this step to us. We called beforehand and the person at the front desk said to bring our pet in. Nearly three hours later were given a room only because we complained. The Vet was rude, the tech was rude. I'm not sure where they think they are. They are here to serve us not the other way around. You can't handle the job, don't do it!
It’s an excellent emergency vet staffed with considerate people. I brought my dog in because he had what I thought was a stroke or seizure and couldn’t stand. They immediately helped me and were compassionate throughout the whole process. I pray I never need emergency services but if I do I will only come to this clinic. Thank you to the staff who were so kind and caring during a very scary situation.
Worse place ever. Don’t go here. The staff is nice, but the wait is so slow. They don’t update you on how long left you have until a doctor meets with you. I called because my dog was barfing, they said it was recommended I bring her in. Got to the clinic at 8:20. Got a room at 10:00. Nobody came in until after I went to the front desk to complain, which was at 10:40. If it was serious enough to come to the clinic, but not serious enough to come check her out?? If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Took an animal here for unsuccessful treatment, but then had both transactions bungled because these people don't have access to their own billing information. I have been threatened with a collection agency despite paying their steep price designed to rip off desperate people. Being unable to even access your own billing records is garbage, and so is this business.
