Have some compassion my Gosh !!!
Now I have to go home and look EVERYWHERE for the receipt !! Let me just say , talk about a HUGE INCONVENIENCE because around the time of purchase I was diagnosed with cancer so like I have the time or the health to drive all over town to make a simple return wanted an EXCHANGE NOT CASH !!!
Someone needs to re- train the store managers on "Good people & customer service skills !!!!!!
! I really hope these people never suffer from Cancer, I would not wish that upon anyone . But This WEST VALLEY CITY STORE HAS NO COMPASSION WHAT SO EVER !!!!

It's pretty much what you would expect. Pet stuff and kitties. The staff are always helpful and they keep their store clean.
They all need to watch what they are doing! You leave your pup in great help and when you pick her up she is blind and needed to be put down. They need to watch the air flow for just a teethe cleaning, you leave your pet in hopefully leave them in competent people. Ask questions and remind them to watch their oxygen! I broke my heart! They are family
Have very poor customer service skills ! denied my return because their computers can't pull up my purchases at another location under my rewards number . The clerk said that because I purchased it at another location I might have to go back there to make the return .
NEVER EVER buy here at this company again !!! West Valley City Assistant store manager Lisa and The actual store manager name ( unknown ?)
Oh and the product I purchased from this company never worked to begin with strait out of a UNOPENED UNUSED BOX with & behind a locked glass .
This place is wonderful. The prices are pretty good and a huge inventory of all things pet. The employees are awesome too. I forgot my wallet at the register and was walking to my car and the young lady comes running to me and gave me my wallet, just awesome. Highly recommend this place.
Great spots to get pet stuff. I rated at top because it's close to her house. Doesn't have absolutely everything but it's got a lot. I also like that it is connected to Banfield.
ALL Petzmart locations Lost a loyal customer and I will let EVERYONE I know & love to SHOP ELSEWHERE if I could of given a negative star I would !!!
