Most tea has artificial flavors and fruit dried with sugar. Customer service is lacking, I did better googling on my phone.
While I love many of their blends of tea, I feel that they are overpriced needlessly due to the brand name alone. This certainly goes for the tea accessories more than anything. Stick to the tea alone and you won't be disappointed. Okay value for the money.
The chamomile teas are good. Be warned they are scalding hot of you don't let them cool
I was feeling lousy. Hard week this week. Went to Teavana and had an iced tea. It fully rejuvenated me. I feel so much better. Thank you Teavana!
It's my first time going there earlier and the guy that helped me explain some of their products and really worked on figuring out the tea that I was looking for. I'm going back to get more!
