Awful place shady on the outside and in their dealings. I bought a truck with a supposed clean title for what seemed like a good deal. I take it to get inspected and it turns out that it was indeed in a wreck and that it has over 4000 dollars worth of issues minor and major. Complete trash all around
I bought a 2000 Subaru forester. It's check engine light was on and I was told it just need spark plugs to fix. Told me it was fix so I bought the car. Before I even got home the check engine light was back on. After taking my car back there 3 time now, ITS STILL ON. I can't keep going there just for him to pull the battery cable and him call that good. Most of the time I try to bring it in I get an excuse of why he cant look at it today. "no mechanic today".... I would NOT send anyone here to get a car.
I contacted Serrano's to come look at a car that they had posted online in a KSL ad. Scheduled a time to come look at it with cash in hand ready to buy the car, drove 2 hours to Salt Lake and they weren't there, waited around the lot for over 3 hours and called numerous times, getting told "they should be back in 20 mins", wasted a good chunk of my day waiting around for these guys, and they had a car sold, but couldn't have someone there to take my money... The next day i called in during business hours and my calls were getting ignored, so i took my business elsewhere. I don't know how these people stay in business.
I drove an hour and half to look at a car that was in "great condition" show up it has a flat tire I let it go decide ill do a test drive the cars transmission went out I didn't make it out of the parking space when the salesman jumps in he revs it black smoke shoots out the back he claims it has 53000 miles and in great shape when the car won't make it out of a parking space
Really great people kind and professional. They sold me a 2006 Mazda 3 really nice deal i got it for $3,700.00 super nice car iam really happy with it but a week later the car turned on the check engine light so i called the manger and he told me to bring in the car and he fixed it right away. i would definitely recommend them
