Dropped off my truck for some repairs and was planning on taking an Uber home but Plowgians offered to give me a ride home instead. Little thing that saved me a few bucks but mostly showed that they care about their customers. On the ride home he even gave me some great advice about a new car I was looking to buy. They are honest and most importantly they do great work. My family takes all of our cars to Plowgian!
I pulled my overheated and smoking car into the lot and they took care of me--even on a busy Friday afternoon before a holiday. They replaced radiator hoses and thermostat as the conservative repair--and showed me what to keep an eye on to see if my hot engine had any further problems as a result of driving it too hot. I appreciated the honesty and I felt like the cost was extremely reasonable. While I hope the hose repair is all I need--if head gaskets need help, I'll use Plowgian's for that too.
Honest, competent and thorough. I know this because they showed me proof of an issue that another mechanic either didn't see or purposely didn't tell me about.
I hesitate writing a review only because I fear these guys getting too busy and not being able to use them as much as I want, but ... Plowgian auto is the best, most honest and always get the job done right. I never have had an issue with any of the work they have ever done and I trust them fully. Hopefully I will never have to go to anyone else.
