When we called to make an appointment for my daughter, who suffers from kidney stones, we found out we could not get in to see Dr. Waterman for 5 weeks. The night before our appointment we received a call from one of his office staff telling us they had messed up on his surgery schedule and we could not be seen during our scheduled appointment. They could either see us at 8:40 the next morning, when she had an exam, or could get us in 3 weeks later. Dr. Waterman might be a great physician, but we will never know due to his incompetent office staff.
Dr waterman is amazing!! You will most likely have to wait past your appointment time due to the fact he is so busy and giving 110% to his patients!! I have been a patient of his for 4 years with a chronic kidney issue he gas gone out of his way for emergency surgeries and situations.
1 hr 20 min wait so far for a nurse practitioner not even a Dr available 1 month wait for that
Had to wait over 1.5 hours past my most recent appointment time. The first visit was 45 minutes past my appt time. Doctor obviously cares about giving a lot of information, but takes forever to get to the point. I appreciate he wants to make sure his patients are informed, but if he's consistently running this late, he needs a better administrative staff. Won't be returning.
