Dr. Momberger did a knee replacement surgery for me in March. Everything worked perfectly and I returned to work in three weeks on a limited basis and four weeks full time. Then in July he replaced my second knee. I returned home from the hospital, feeling great but in my exuberance fell and broke my femur. Dr. Momberger responded and next day performed emergency surgery and am now in the healing process. I can't say enough about this caring doctor and his professional staff. He truly sets the example for the medical profession. Thank you Dr. Momberger.
Dr. Momberger was the first dr to not give me a run around about my condition. He was very kind, as was all of his staff. My only complaint would be how long it takes to get in to see him. I waited 5 months for an appointment and will have to wait 5 more for my surgery. I'm not thrilled about that, but am happy to know I'll finally get my condition fixed.
Good patient relations, but I had to wait almost 1 year for my surgery! The initial appt was a 4 month wait, then 7 1/2 more months for surgery. Very difficult to get an appt for my one-year check up, it will be another 3 month wait beyond the 1 yr appt time. I wouldn't have waited so long for surgery except that his reputation for being an excellent surgeon was well-known. Wait time in his office was more than 45 minutes for the 2 week checkup after surgery which was extremely uncomfortable.
Dr. Momberger has replaced both of my hips. My recovery and rehab were exceptional. I have no hip problems left at all. I can do anything I want. I would definitely recommend!
