I had a great experience at SACS furniture. They were willing to stay late until I had picked out what I wanted even though I was being very indecisive. They helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and ordered it in for me. My items arrived earlier than expected. They called me to see if I would like my items delivered early. The delivery guys were very respectful and nice. I had the items I ordered in my home on the third business day after ordering. I have already recommended SACS furniture to friends and family and will continue to do so.
We have been searching for a nice comfortable but still stylish sectional for almost 2 years. We never made the purchase because we were hesitant to buy a couch online that we hadn't sat on. We found an ad for a couch from SACS and had a recommendation from my friend, so we decided to go to their store in Salt Lake City. We were pleasantly surprised with how many great options they had in their showroom and we were able to sit on the couches and make a decision for the couch that would work in our house. The customer service was amazing, and we even decided to pick it up for ourselves and they helped us load it in the trailer. We are recommending SACS to anyone who is in the market for a new couch. We have been so pleased with how awesome the couch is and get compliments from anyone who comes over.
I cannot say enough good things about this company! We used to always go to RC Willey for our furniture needs and then after being tired of over paying for mediocre furniture we decided to look elsewhere. As soon as we walked in and started looking we were greeted and received helpful advice as far and design and color went. The process of picking something out went very easy because of that. They were not pushy what so ever. We ordered the couch and it arrived when it was supposed to and even the delivery guys were fantastic. They sent up everything quickly and took extra care when bring everything inside. We got a great deal for some high quality furniture! I will be returning here for any future furniture purchases. Fantastic company!!!!!
I looked for 2 months for couches (online, in many, many stores and in the classified ads) and didn't find any I liked. Within 5 minutes of walking into SACS, I found two couches that I absolutely loved! The transaction took less that 15 minutes total and our beauriful, new couches are so perfect! The sales staff is excellent, low pressure and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend SACS to anyone.
I love this dining table set so much. It feels good and solid unlike a lot of the cheap furniture out there. And it's beautiful!! The service at sacs was excellent too. They were a little behind on delivery but kept me posted with phone calls so I knew exactly when to expect them. They built the furniture right at my house and put it in my kitchen for me. I was very impressed with this company.
