This place has fasteners of just about any type. I love going here to find the hard stuff. Their pricing is far less expensive than local hardware stores to boot. I did not give 5 stars for two reasons. 1. They declined to offer advise and said we are not engineers. They fear that someone will sue them if they offer an opinion and something goes wrong. What ever happened to good old fashioned brain storming? 2. Their tool pricing is about 15-20% higher than the competition.
One of my go-to places. It's very well organized and always well stocked. The staff is always pleasant and has been knowledgeable whenever I have asked questions. I have sent several folks there and now they're hooked.
First stop on difficult to find items. Friendly, knowledgeable help.

Service and selection are really really great. I've never needed to go anywhere else for any of my basic hardware needs. I've gotten anything from screws to shower-caddies, bamboo poles to new doorknobs. The prices are really comparable.
