Staff are super helpful! The female employee (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) in the flooring department provided me so many options and ideas for the stage I was building for my kids. Thank you! It turned out not too bad.
Store is always clean and helpful staff, though I don't always trust their suggestions. Read product lables and you tube your questions, as I believe they are trained to sell more products/items than are necessary.
Customer service sucks ass. I opened a home depot account. Got a bar code online to use as my temporary card. And they would just not want to scan it off of my phone. And after I asked them like 5 times to scan the damn thing and my purchase went through. I overheard the employees say "that took too long"
All the employees are cool.
