When you walk in, you are instantly greeted with a smile and feel like you're family. The rings are very clean and shiny and they are wonderfully priced. We got both of our rings from them and had to resize them with no problem. If you don't want to get pushed around by salesmen and find a great ring for a great price then shop here.

Not only is McKay Diamonds all of these but the owners Joe and Sandra will become your friends. I read reviews first and thought i would go see what they were about. I was a little nervous entering their store but that ended right at the door. Sandra and Joe put me at ease right away. I had a design in my head and brought some pics for them to look at and they designed the most beautiful once in a life time ring for me. You always hear those scary stories of having your diamonds switched or a jeweler ruining your ring........ that WILL NOT happen here. They are very careful and document everything. You can even watch them working on your jewelry right in their store. The fun part too is walking into a piece of Salt Lake City history. Go pay them a visit and check out their fun jewelry store. You won't be disappointed and you will have two new friends that you can trust.
We had a WONDERFUL experience! Joe and Sandra are the nicest couple ever and did so much to help us get just the perfect ring. Being a small shop they are able to spend one on one time with each of their customers and know exactly who WE are. They made sure we were treated fairly and got the very best deal that we could on such a beautiful engagement ring. We went to some other big box diamond stores and were simply not pleased with the experience. If you want great customer service, amazing quality, unique styles, honesty, integrity, and overall just a great experience.... you can't go anywhere but here.
