These guys were great to work with. I went to several jewlers to make a custom engagement ring that was pretty tricky and they all tried to change my mind about what I wanted but that's not what I got at Williams. I talked about they key features I needed in the ring and he introduced me to they guy there that hand made my whole ring( I feel bad but I can't remember his name) anyways after I sat with him he asked for some reference photos and a good description to be emailed. Then in less than a week I had a wax model that he made and it looked perfect. Less than a week after that I had the ring in hand. Couldn't have asked for a better or easier process. They communicated well and the end product was exactly what I wanted and for a great price too. If you're doing custom work, DO IT HERE
Mike and Miguel are the ultimate duo! I went in looking for a custom engagement ring. I had been to like 5 other stores and Mike was the person who by far made me feel the most comfortable. All I had was pictures of what I wanted, and Miguel was able to take those pictures and make an even better version of what I wanted. My Fiance loved it! I would definitely recommend William's Jewelers to anyone. Fair price, excellent service, and overall satisfaction was 10/10.
William's will undoubtedly provide the best service in town at a very reasonable price. My Fiance didn't want a traditional White Diamond but also didn't like most "Fancy Colored" Diamonds, she wanted a unique diamond that wasn't one uniform color that had a lot of character to it with different shades of black/grey swirled through it. (which I now know are called, Inclusions.) She found this inspiration from instagram jewelers, and I didn't like the idea of buying something so valuable from the internet. So I called dozens and dozens of jewelers and went in to the ones that were close to my house to explain what I was looking for and no one had anything remotely close to what I was looking for, and didn't seem too concerned about helping me find what I was looking for. Then I found William's Custom Jewelers and called them up. Instead of them sounding very unsure and uninterested they sounded confident that what ever I threw at them they could handle so I went in and met with Mike. He was extremely helpful and patient with my request and educated me on what some technical terms were for what I was looking for. He also said he could probably get me a stone if I don't want to try and find one. He didn't ask for any deposit or anything for his time he put in to search for such an uncommon stone. It took him less than a week to find me a few stones that looked similar to the pictures I had shown him,I had been searching for this type of stone for a month and a half and was amazed he found one so quickly. After he had found me the type of stone I was looking for, my lady had a change of heart and wanted a stone that was similar but not black or dark inclusions, but white or lighter grey inclusions. Mike was very understanding and patient with her change of heart and got me even more stones that matched the second description. After he got those stones she changed her mind AGAIN, thankfully back to her old preference of a darker/grey included stone. All this time he had spent searching for stones multiple times and he still hadn't asked for any deposit or anything. I was planning on surprising my lady with the engagement, but had to have her select which stone she liked the best and somehow not raise any red flags of when it would actually happen. Mike helped me keep her in the dark and completely pulled it off, it was as if we were just in the area and wanted to look around and hadn't been working together at all. After he and I hashed out some design details he had a wax made and the ring was done in 10 days.
Plus, the thing I appreciated the most during our visits (yes there were multiple and they were so patient with me) was when the jeweler who was making the ring said to me “I am not making this ring for you, but for your grandchildren. You can count on this ring to last.”
My fiancé and I wanted a custom opal engagement ring, something with a great vintage look. Mike had a collection of opals shipped in for us to choose from. When we found the right stone, Miguel made us a masterpiece. The service we received was top notch, and the ring we ended up with was amazing. We will definitely use William's in the future and would recommend them to others.

These guys made my PERFECT engagement ring! It is exactly how I pictured it would be, and I get compliments all day. They worked hard with us to figure out the perfect design, and went as far as ordering two different stones so I could be sure which one I wanted. They were also SO quick and professional. I couldn’t recommend them more.
