Absolute worst place to get any jewelry. I went there to get my wife her wedding band. "We offer a 5 year no interest financing if you spend over 3k." They said "Okay" I thought. So i picked out the ring and the center stone. And right at the end they piled on a neckless and earrings. They also told me "You have to get something for the mothers." So they put on more earrings and another neckless. And they weren't clear about prices at all. "You need this for the no interest." Is what they would say. After they got me to sign everything. Thinking I only spent right around the 3,000 I needed to get the 0% interest. The bill came out over 10,000 dollars. They weren't clear on prices at all. Also the way they print out their receipts you can't tell what is what. So it makes it hard to return anything. Now I have a 10,000 dollar bill to pay for a ring that i only wanted to pay 3,000 for. I would not recommend anyone buying any kind of jewelry at this store ever.
So unhappy with their services. Would have given 0 stars if it was available. Go to any other jeweler!

Every time I go to this store I have to approach them, we originally got my ring in Billing, since we have moved I have been very disappointed with the service I have received. Went in ready to purchase a pair of diamond earrings, there was a lady there she never greeted us or approached us so we eventually left and will be purchasing my earrings over the phone with our original store. Very unfortunate they can't all offer good customer service. I wish I could go else were to get my ring serviced as well.
