I took my rings in to be cleaned and checked: I was heartbroken to find out that my handpicked diamond that has been on my finger for 35 years was damaged from a jeweler out of state. During this emotional time both Zealand and Francie were compassionate and extremely professional, suggesting several different options. This place is terrible. Went in and asked if they could just help me find out my ring size and they acted all offended that I hadn't planned on purchasing anything there. They told me they would charge 15 dollars just to find out my ring size! A service that only lasts 5 seconds at most. Rude staff, and they did not seem too concerned with wanting me there again. Good riddance
I purchased my rink 16 years ago & got the finest treatment. We did a semi custom set & they were very patient in my picky needs! ;)
I have been taking my watches and other jewelry to Zealand for over 8 years. I highly recommend his expertise and care. I have brought many unusual pieces to this shop for cleaning, sizing and to make purchases. The most recent piece of jewelry that this shop helped me with was an antique sterling locket I had purchased as a gift for a friend's wedding. It needed serious polishing and a few adjustments to make it right for my friend, the bride. Much care was taken and not only was the finished locket beautiful, Zealand made sure it was hand delivered in time for me to take it to the wedding. In addition to having help with some of my older jewelry, I also enjoy going into the shop to see what unique jewelry they have in stock and talk with them about it. Zealand is very knowledgeable about jewelry from all over the world.
