Not the best place to work. Poor management. Too many guest workers. Most of the supervisors and leads don't speak English. Its pretty hard to do your job when a machine breaks down and you try to tell a lead or supervisor that you need somebody from maintenance but the leads or supervisors don't do a thing like they don't care or don't understand. Maybe the fact that they are all guest workers and speak little to no English might have something to do with it. Also a major lack of communication. I don't know how many times they changed my schedule and not tell me so I end missing work or show up when I wasn't suppose to. Or not telling me until the end of the day that they needed me to work overtime. A little coworker diversity would have been nice. Mostly Hispanics who don't speak any English and who show contempt to anybody who actually was born here and have more labor rights then they do. You'll regret ever working here. Hispanics suck donkey junk.
