I am so impressed with the fast service I received - one that worked with my schedule. I'm also impresses with the care we received in getting a new recliner set up. The delivery people were professional, polite and helpful! I would definitely shop here again! Oh, I forgot to mention - the cost was the best I found also!!
Great products at great prices! It really is hard to find a family owned shop that can compete with style and prices with the big guys out there. Plus the quality is so much better. We purchased a complete bedroom set from this store, sight unseen, shipped to another state. We were understandably nervous about the process: would the furniture look the same in person? Would there be damaged items when delivered forcing me to send something back? Would it take months for the furniture to get here? Matthew, the sales manager, spoke with me on the phone and sent me the shipping policies and assured me we were in good hands, and he was right. Furniture arrived earlier than expected and in great shape. I would also like to add that the price for the bedroom set was $400 less than buying locally, including shipping charges. I would feel comfortable ordering from Utah Rustic Furniture again in the future.
We have purchased from Utah Rustic Furniture a couple of times over the last two years and both were very positive experiences. Matt and his colleagues provide a highly professional and customer focused service. Most recently, we commissioned a tailor made armoire and we were delighted with the finished product. Especially pleasing as we were the other side of the world when it all happened so this involved a lot of trust.
These guys were so awesome. They literally spent 45 minutes with me helping me fix a bed frame issue I was having for a hard to fit bed frame I owned. I was amazed by the customer service and so grateful! They went above and beyond and it was refreshing. More stores need to be like Bradley's!!! I'll be back for sure.
