Visited this place the other day with my friend. Staff were helpful but the wait was ridiculous... almost 2 hours just to get a copy of a birth certificate. She and I were the only 2 there.
I have been waiting for more than a year for them to give an appointment for my citizenship interview. They do not follow up. My case is already delayed!
Have been waiting for a response on a G-884 original document form that was notarized and signed and havent heard back from anyone. Terrible service. Its like they dont even care to search for a simple birth certificate. It shouldnt be that hard. I know theres tons of files but, its just an easy birth certificate. We cant even contact the office directly either.
We accidently came a day early not paying attention well enough to our notice and they were very kind and took us anyway. In and our in 20 min.
