Worst experience ever host was rude.it took like 30 minutes to get out of the bus once we got to wendover to get our booklet
Always cancelling, wtf, you take a day off work just to have them jack it up..can not count on Trailways that's for sure,
They like to lie to people about returning money and they didn't do it and me and my husband didn't even go
We waited for the bus. I called and said they were going to be 20 min late. At 635 I called again after watching the bus not even stop but drive on by I asked if they could wait at Lake point and he said they won't be stopping because it was full. They should have at least called me to say they weren't going to stop because we could have left a while ago!!!!!
I would give zero star if they would let me.
Thank you for safely getting Bingham High school marching band safelt to and from California as well as to and from St. George. Iggy our bus driver was awesome!
