I know managers always hate to read this comment, but I managed a fast food business for 6 years and if my OM or DM was to walk in for a surprise visit to a store in this condition I would fail.
The employees are super polite and accommodating. Very willing to help!
The food on the other hand, is gross.
Ill give them two stars because nothing beats a nice cold cup of A&W on tap.
The buns taste like they are from the 99 cent bin at Smiths across the street.
I came inside around 5:30 pm. There were no other customers in the restaurant and only 2 or 3 customers through the drive thru during my time there. The entire lobby was filthy. Virtually every single table has garbage on it or needed to be wiped down. The floors were equally disgusting. I understand that it gets busy and there's not always time to get to that stuff, but when there are no customers-cleaning the restaurant should be the priority.
Food is great, people are nice, store needs some TLC.

If you enjoy sitting for 15 minutes in the drive thru before even getting to order, this is the place for you. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they are consistently horribly slow no matter how busy it is.
Went here a few weeks ago. They gave me the wrong kind of cheese on my burger.
As soon as they handed me my food, I took a bite and it was cold!
I am unable to say if the service was fast or not because my food was sitting on the counter for who knows how long before I got up to check if it was done. I'm not sure if my name/ order number was never called or if it was called too quietly to hear (it wasn't very loud in there either). Good food though
On a subsequent visit, they told me that their burgers are made to order and they asked me to wait for 5-6 minutes for them to cook my burger. No problem.
