Can't get breakfast at 9:30 a.m. REALLY!?!?!?!
Food is decent depending on where you go. Could be more affordable for students. The locations up at the medical center have the tastiest campus food. I suggest opening an affordable campus commissary so that students have the choice to go grocery shopping on campus.
Easily some of the worst customer service in Utah, sometimes they don’t even acknowledge me.

Terrible to their employees for how hard they work. save your money the food is cheap and they charge an arm and a leg. 5 stars to all the employees putting up with HR and the awful supervisers
We hired Chartwells to cater an event recently. The pastry chef did an amazing job with all the pastries! Very tasty and beautiful to look at. The servers were great and personable. The presentation and set-up was nice. Our salad and pizzas were savory and the guests loved the taste of the drink. We were disappointed with the quantity of food we received for the price we paid. It was our understanding when our order was first submitted that we would receive 8 slices per pizza but at the event it was six slices per pizza which gave us a short fall of over 100 slices. The food tasted great though! If you do go with this caterer make sure you get everything in writing because after the event, they will not respond.
