I have tried the buffalo chicken for the 2nd time hoping it would be better than the first and it was an even worse experience. I couldn't taste anything past the buffalo, the chicken was soggy (not crispy) and the sauce and lettuce fell out with the first bite. The curly dries were good and in the future the only good meal for me here is chicken tenders. Disappointing
Zero stars for zero service. Every single time I go to this location they get my complete order wrong; and when you work 12 hour days with no food and get home and find out your order is wrong when all you want is something to eat and especially when you pay $15.00 for yourself. It is truly remarkable.
We go to this Arby's all the time and we get the same thing every time. We went there tonight and asked for no mayo on our chicken sandwich.. and they said it back to us. But when we got home. It was dripping mayo. We have problems with this store way too often. Teach your employees to make the food right and be have better customer service.
Been to this Arbys multiple times but I had the pleasure of meeting Tony tonight. He was helpful, friendly, and super energetic. Best customer service I've received at a fast food restaurant in years! We will be coming back more often!
