What a TREAT!
These guys know what the difference is between "customer service" and "customer experience" and do both extremely well. Yesterday, I dropped off a wheel to get a spoke repaired and was hoping to pick it up same day. They called me at 5:30PM and said it was ready. I knew if I left to go pick it up, I would miss the grandkids visiting in their Halloween costumes. I asked Tom if any of the help lived close to me and I would go by and pick it up at their home. Tom did one better and said, "what's your address, we'll deliver it" NOOO WAY!
Very helpful. They are the most comprehensive top-end coverage in Salt Lake City. Today they surprised me with cost of parts less than I found on-line.
Excellent shop, owner knows his bikes and it translates to most of the employees. I drive from Washington state to have my bikes tuned here. Would recommend if your in the market for a mid level or top end bike. You will be treated well.
