They talk with you to understand what you want and need and never oversell you just to increase their bottom line. They are knowledgeable and friendly and you leave knowing you were taken care of.
As others have mentioned, their mechanics are top-notch and have always returned my bike in great shape. Steve, the head mechanic, is as friendly and helpful as they get and he really knows his stuff. I simply don't trust my bike to any other shop because no other shop has Steve running it. As long as I'm able to ride a bike, this is the place I will go.
