Helped me out in a big way. They're knowledgeable and technically proficient. Also happen to be about five minutes from my house. First place I went after a nasty derailleur incident.
There is an actual board shop despite the other review, its just up stairs. Going up the stairs its small, Although don't let that didcourage you. The shop doesn't have a huge range of products but the products they do have are good products and very recognizable. The owner or employee (im not sure) was very friendly and helpful, helped me right out! Although I do realize that easter came up and that probably cleaned them out. But still you need to support your local board shop and board shops are a rare commodity here.
