I bought my Felt mt bike from Cranky's and I'm very happy with the price I got it for and the service. It's been a heck of a relief after years of frustration being over charged and screwed over by the Park City bike shops who take advantage of rich tourists. I'm never going to another bike shop!
I have been to this shop multiple times and have always received excellent service. Lots of variety and price ranges. I’ve never felt stupid for not knowing all the bike lingo, either.
an exceptional experience. this shop does not seem to be out to make a buck as much as it seems to be into making happy cyclists. i went in with somewhat unusual requests and chris was quick to help me, friendly and patient, and happy to oblige without even charging me!!
I couldn't be happier with my experience at Cranky's. They had a great assortment of bikes, best prices, and amazing service. Although I have been riding bikes forever, it was my first time buying instead of fixing up a cheap bike. The owner spent hours on multiple days helping me understand all the options, test ride, and decide what is best for me. He also took the time to give tips on learning to use clip-in pedals. He knows so much about bikes, and still communicates well with those of us who don't. Happy to support a local business that gives back to our community, and love having complete confidence in the bike I bought!
This place deserves five stars since the owner possesses a true passion for biking. He turned his passion into a successful bike shop that sells quality bikes and accessories as well as offers impeccable bike repairs. I highly recommend this store to university students & those looking for a go to bike shop in the slc area.
