I had the best possible experience with this Apple store yesterday, having completely broken my iPhone they were incredibly helpful in giving me all of the possible options to replace it, all of the staff tht I spoke to (and it must have been about 10 altogether throughout the day) were so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services that they provide, they gave me the time that I needed to go away and think about it and then booked me in for a Genius Bar appointment the same day! I am so happy with how quickly I was able to replace my phone and restore everything back onto it, thank you so much you made what could have been a very stressful day- not so stressful at all!
They attended my needs really quick. 15 minutes was pretty much enough to have my new phone with me. Strictly recommended!

Mixed feelings on the store here. Not that this will come as a surprise to anyone, but their biggest weakness is that it is impossible to get quick help. "Oh yes, we'd be happy to answer your two minute question. Let me bring you to this person, who will make an appointment, then we'll let you know when someone's available, then when after you come back and wait again someone else can answer that." Really guys? It's a good thing you make the end experience pretty good because 45 minutes to a visit is pretty unexcusable. If you need help with a product just use the support website or phone number. If you need to actually shop and have both time and cash to burn then visit this location.
Great employees, attentive and always trying to help. Kevin was able to really help me out, they really want to do whatever they can to help. Great customer service.
Seems like they could train their staff better.
