Great service at this Best Buy, I got the total tech package and they installed a whole system for my car and were always very helpful with all of my questions, they also did a great job on the stereo.
Great selection of laptops with plenty of employees to answer all our questions without any pressure to buy. We all know our teenagers/ young adults find something a little more out of our price range but not on this visit.
Good service, they have been quick to speak to me the last couple times I have been to this location. With Black Friday coming up, they will be pretty packed but they have quick services.

I waited 15 minutes in the car stereo department. Two employees knew I was waiting. No one came to assist in my anticipated purchase. No excuses we're accepted as I left. Shame on South Salt Best Buy. Zero stars for service. One star for being available nation wide.

We were able to get the brand new model HP for several hundred dollars less because of their open box sale price. Still carries same manufacturer warranty and looks brand new. Everyone in our household is happy.
We had not been into Best Buy for about 5 years until yesterday as my daughter needed a new laptop . Based on the store being opened on Sunday & online pricing we decided to go take a look.
I bought a laptop from Best Buy, I paid for it got it home and they gave me the completely wrong model they sold me. I drove 20 min to return it and they sold the one I had bought and had non left. They sent me 20 miles to another store to pick one up and told me they had held it. When I arrived they told me they sold the one I had on hold. They then proceeded to tell me I had to either drive 20 min to another store or wait 4 days to have it shipped. They made absolutely no attempt to apologize or make it right. They literally made me seem like the jerk. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered and I will not be shopping at Best Buy again.
