We were there celebrating my birthday and everyone had a great time! We had a large party so we reserved the tables online ahead of time (free of charge, which is almost impossible to find), and someone even called me to confirm our reservation the day of. The pianos were awesome and very entertaining! Our waitress could have come around a little more often, especially since we did have a bigger group, but she was very sweet and it looked like she had several tables so we thought possibly they were understaffed for some reason the night we were there. We still had a great time and plan to do a girls night there soon!
Very fun experience! "Nesquick" the bouncer and Bradley bar tender were awesome! Didn't give 5 stars because of the new must pay 5$cover and 5$to sit at the tables near the piano. Lame
$20 bucks to get in- and no one bothered to tell us that there were no seats available. Including at the bar. Where they had no stools or a place to sit. We sat in a corner on the floor and they made us stand up. Someone should have at least given a heads up we were paying to stand in a corner with no service whatsoever with empty seats all over. Waste of time and money with horrible and greedy service across the board. Won't.be back!
They screwed up on my reservation and booked for the next weekend. We were coming in with a party of 12 for a bachelorette party. The guys at the front were very sweet and were able to accommodate us. I was very happy with that. I was disappointed with the experience with the pianist, as you may know they play requested songs for money. We requested a song and were getting out bid by other songs so we added money to have our friend have a fun experience. We were up to 23$ and they were playing 17$ songs. I went up twice to add more money and the pianist from Seattle was very rude and dismissive. You play songs for money correct? Did you not want my money? They finally get to us and don't even sing the song we requested. which I know they play because we have been there many times. the service was so slow and it wasn't packed at all. It was faster to go to the bar and order our own drinks. over all after getting past the door and seated everything after that was down hill. Most likely not to return.
The players were both entertaining and adorable to watch. Well done and food was excellent too. Will be back.
