A speaker in my Bose Headphones stopped functioning and Doug swapped them for a new set. Hassle free! I simply brought them in and exchanged them! I was happily surprised at the high level of customer service and the speed at which I was helped. Thank you.
Best customer support and service I've ever had. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about everything. It felt like talking with my buddies buying stuff rather than a salesman. Even after a while needed to get information for my warranty they were right on top of it helping and going out of their way. Amazing.

I shop here all the time, and normally have a 5 star experience. However on Wednesday I came in and the only employee in the store was taking a nap in their theater room? Bizarre. He was very rude and unapproachable, and I didn’t get any of my questions answered. I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave immediately. I came back the next day and to my surprise found out he is in a position of management! The only reason I give 2 stars is my second visit was much smoother. Great store, normally fine customer service, I just wonder why they don’t seem to have things under control.
