They were really nice and worked hard. I was grateful for their help.
And even though it was an accident and the worker Chad felt really bad about it, he was getting a box full of fragile items from the top (don't know why that was on the top) and the box fell and broke a few things one of which was an heirloom that was a birthday gift from my mother that it irreplaceable. When I told the insurance would only cover 60 cents a pound for any broken items, I didn't even bother calling about it. Chad felt really bad about it and it was his sixth day on the job and it was an accident, but it still upset me.
I told the men that they didn't need to worry about not actually completing the job because my family including my kids started to help unload the truck. Felt like the customer service that set up the reservation should have sent a third person or quoted me differently. Also on my first call they quoted me $119 an hour and then changed the quote to $129. I would not recommend this company.
The same worker which is Dave I believe also answered his phone a lot and I know that a few of those calls were personal calls from his wife.
After we got moved to the new place, I actually called in family to help love stuff in because the cost of hourly was going through the roof. I feel like the customer service guy told me 3 hours just so he can charge me overtime.
ET proved the best moving service I have ever had. They were very professional. ET had everyone working quickly and as a team. His two workers that he had with him helped make the job go a lot easier and had the job done in no time. I was scared to get my belongings out before noon. They started the job around 9 o' clock and ended around 9:29am already finished loaded and unloaded my one bedroom apartment. I am very appreciative and grateful I was able to get ET.
They did want to take a few smoke breaks, which is fine and I told them they should go have lunch st some point which they needed as well.
Out of State moving can be very stressful. But with Craig, Dave and the All My Son's team, this move was the easiest ever. They handled all the details, kept in touch to arrange the logistics and on the day of the move, arrived on time, as promised, padded and protected all of our belongings and made sure they kept in touch, notifying us of their status as we drove cross country to our new home. Once we arrived, Craig and Dave unloaded in record time, set up everything for us and made sure all of our needs were met. End result: a no stress move, no furniture or belongings damaged and every thing delivered on time, exactly as promised. Good job Craig, Dave and All My Son's. Thank you.
Jose and his crew did an excellent job. They were on time, very careful with our home items, mindful of the doors and walls while moving furniture and very responsive to my requests. I have zero complaints, they did a great job. I also appreciate their work ethic, there was no standing around or hanging out, they were working from the time they showed up to the time they left.
Craig and Dave were incredibly helpful during my move. Thy are fast and efficient and really funny guys. I recommend this company fully. It’s a little expensive, but completely worth it
Partially through they needed a socket wrench set, which I did not have. But I feel like the company should supply their workers with. Anyway, I had to drive one of the men to Lowe's so he could purchase one himself. That took at least thirty minutes out of my moving time. Then the same worker wanted to chit chat a bunch and that's good and all, but if I'm paying hourly for this move I expect working to be done not social hour.
Chad and Dave did an awesome job! Worked really fast and took care of my things really well! When I made the reservation the customer service guy said for my three bedroom apartment that is located on the third floor would only take three hours. I knew it wouldn't, so I felt a little bad for Chad and Dave due to the nature of the difficult job.
Also another part of the job I found very unethical was when Dave saw that I had blueberry ales in my fridge he asked if they were good, and I stated that if he wasn't on work time I'd offer him one. He said it would've been fine to have one then, but he'd wait until the job was done.
