Third, Two Man customer service is awful. No one contacted me to ask about the damage or to thank me for my business. I had to contact Two Man to find out who to contact about the damage. When I reached out to the owner of Two Man about the damage he said he would get back with me. After a second email the owner finally got back to me. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, he criticized me for expressing my opinion on the damage and poor customer service.
Efficient, professional and thorough. The men who moved us embodied those charateristics.

Never again. First Two Man did a bait and switch on me. Just four days before the move which I had to guarantee with a $500 deposit, Two Man prepared a second estimate. Not surprisingly the second estimate was more expensive than the first. I had to accept the higher estimate because it was too late to find another mover on short notice.
I had a quote online first, and the reply for that was prompt and the estimate was really accurate and easy to understand.
They arrived on time and the guy in the house worked really hard. The guy outside I think got overwhelmed. They said that they were done and I looked around the house and the shed and I told them that there were stuff still in the house and the shed and I told them what the things were and so they pulled out some things and I didn't do another walk thru, but I should've, because after going to the storage center. I went back to the house and did another walk thru and yes The things in the house were gone but my keepsake picture was still in the shed against the wall exactly where I told them it was. I was just so overwhelmed by everything that still needed to be done. I sat on the floor and cried.
Second, Two Man did a terrible job packing and loading of our furniture. Initially Two Man had a great story about how careful they would be with our furniture. In fact I was told one particular item, a grandfather clock, would be loaded last and would rest on top of the load so that nothing would damage it. Wrong. I found the clock sitting on the floor of the truck. When Two Man unloaded our furniture we found numerous items that were damaged. Two Man tried to hide the damage to one item by using shipping tape to reattach a broken piece. Another piece was so badly damaged it probably cannot be repaired. An LED TV that was just wrapped in a blanket now has a broken screen.
Sterling & Niko are the best movers ever! They were very careful with all of my furniture, were very courteous, mindful and professional. I will not go with anyone but these two guys. However I must compliment Two Man on one thing. When they visit you the first time they are very good at telling you exactly what you want to hear. We believed the owner when he told us there would be no last minute changes to the estimate, or how careful Two Man would be and how great their customer service was. In our case nothing could have been further from the truth. While I made the mistake of using Two Man I hope others after reading my experience will not make the same mistake I made.
