LANCE was extra thoughtful to help plug in extension cord from wall under the bed (would have been hard for me to do post surgery) and carefully affixed the bed rail to my bed under the mattress. LANCE had experience on how to take the back off of a heavy lift/recliner chair, and how to put it back together safely. (Not everyone knows how to do this!)
I would use these folks again and again!!!

This is the second time in 6 weeks I've needed to use Movers. We were fortunate to find Moving Connections. In August the two young men who moved me out of a storage unit and a bus (yes a bus - we've been using it as storage) into another storage unit. I'm sorry to say I cannot remember their names, but were beyond fabulous. They worked hard and were very careful with everything. It was a difficult move because they had to take things out of an area that was about 2 1/2 feet wide with a sharp corner for the stairs, so they had to lift and twist to get things out.
I love to recommend great service! Wyatt and Joe moved me for over 12 hours and didn't get home themselves until 1:00 in the morning! Are you kidding me?!! Bart was great. Wyatt and Joe were courteous, careful, and professional. They did such a great job. Thanks again guys!
This past week, I moved into an apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Lance and Joe were my movers this time. Much of the furniture was solid wood and is extremely heavy. Some pieces were a tight squeeze getting them through the doors. They never complained, they went above and beyond! Since the pieces were so heavy and I couldn't lift them to move them around - and most of them were wrapped in styrofoam, bubble wrap and seran wrap, they were willing to spend the extra time helping me place the furniture, take all the wrappings off, and they even took all the garbage to the can for me. There attitude??? There's a minimum on the hours and we're going to make sure you get value for every minute. It would have been real easy for them to leave an hour earlier than the required minimum - but instead they stayed and helped.
LANCE and MARCUS reassembled and helped position things. They worked well together and got after things they could do independently like butter melting on fresh hot bread.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Moving Connections! Call Bart and ask for LANCE and MARCUS! You won't be disappointed.
Both LANCE and MARCUS went the extra mile - making sure things got put away neatly in the garage, and even helping get boxes I'd put in my car in (not just stuff they loaded in their truck).
