This is the second time Furniture Master has helped me move a safe.
I had an upright grand piano that needed to be moved to an upstairs apartment, and the stairs had a couple of turns in them. Now, I had a unique situation in that my piano is not a real piano - it's old and not worth restoring so it's halfway through an upcycling project. I've removed all the piano guts in the process of turning it into something else. So my piano didn't need quite the amount of delicacy as it otherwise would have, but Leroy and his team made sure to still take good care of it and make sure it didn't get damaged. Despite looking like there was no way this large piano body would get up these stairs they were willing to try and I'm so impressed that they gave it their best effort and were able to make it work. We seriously discussed where to take the piano if/when it didn't make it, but because of their efforts it did make it and I'm very grateful! I will definitely recommend them if I hear of anyone moving a piano!
Mr. Smith, Owner of Furniture Master Moving, accompanied his 3 employees to move a custom couch and table from one house to another. First, the entire staff was professional, well mannered and respectful of our home and our family. Secondly, each piece of furniture was individually padded and shrink wrapped as if we were in surgery and the furniture was the patient. The time spent securing and padding our custom items was similar to an antique store before shipping an item. All 4 people worked together as a team to wrap, pack and load the pieces. When we arrived at the destination it was the same thing in reverse. Each piece was carefully unwrapped and placed in the exact space requested. Mr. Smith has been doing this work his whole life and it shows. He was the ultimate professional. His staff were careful and respectful the entire time. The price was more then fair; yet even if I were charged more, I would pay it immediately. You can not find a company that moves high quality, high valued family pieces like Furniture Master Moving. 5 Stars!

I had them move my piano. They were very professional and calmed my fears of the whole experience as I had to be at work during the moving time.
