3- Half of the packing was dangerously terrible. I will say the kitchen was packed to perfection. Whoever packed the closets needed to be monitored though. They shoved (literally shoved) everything they could into the bottom of wardrobe boxes and then hung clothing in whatever room was left. Shoes and hats were smashed together, some beyond recovery. My 38 year old baby blessing dress was tangled together with dirty athletic shoes. I have had to launder and press EVERY piece of clothing we own.

I had a single sectional couch delivered by this company and was left with multiple areas of damage and have never experienced such poor service. I will break down my experience down in bullet points.

2- The "White Glove" delivery folks did not have tools to assemble the couch and had to borrow tools from me.

2- With no supervision the movers obviously didn't care. I have about half a pod worth of items that were left at the house. These items were not hidden and no reasonable person would have thought they should have been left. Among them: one rain boot on the garage floor, a steam mop, a crock pot, bathroom towels, rugs and shower curtains, a table leaf from my grandmothers antique table, the front cover to a large speaker, decorative baskets, a hose...the list goes on and on. My friend gathered the items into a large pile and I had to beg for the Redman to come back and pick them up. They have been sitting in the Salt Lake City warehouse for almost 70 days now. I've been told I won't receive them until someone else decides to move to Atlanta.

This experience has been beyond frustrating and it is classless and unprofessional for a company not to take responsibility for their crew. I contacted the company and they simply told me there is nothing they can do because I initialed a paper. Incredibly dishonest and far below any average level a company should operate at.

Redman Van & Storage and North American Van Lines recently completed an interstate move for me. From the first contact with our personal service provider, Lennon Natter, to the final sign off at my new home, the service was very professional and competitively priced. The packers and movers were on time, courteous, hard workers, and friendly. All of my furnishings were handled with care with no damage of any kind. I gladly give this professional moving team the highest recommendation.

4- Couch delivery took 3 hours (If they came prepared this would've taken 15 minutes).

I will tell every one to stay clear of Redman Van & Storage. They are sloppy, dishonest and in no way do they bring any level of professionalism to the market place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I met with 3 moving companies prior to my big move (Utah to Atlanta). I wish I would have chosen one of the other companies. This was a $15,000 move so I expected better customer service. Unless you want to pay for white glove service AND be on hand every moment throughout the entire move to supervise packing and loading, stay away from Redman.

Our rep, Lennon Natter did a very professional job explaining costs and details and the moving crew were amazing. I would definitely reccomend this company to anyone.

6- Multiple damage done through out the house. This home was just built and has never been lived in. The path they used to bring in the couch is riddled with MAJOR damage. I will provide Picture below.

5- After delivery I was asked to initial a paper being told it was for the couch delivery. It is my responsibility to ready anything I initial so I am at fault here. But it was done in a matter to deceive and not take responsibility for damage done getting me to sign a waiver on damage.

My company paid for our move so I really feel like Redman took advantage of that. I never signed off on anything and they have yet to send me a copy of the final invoice. I have no idea what the final moving cost was.

In short - I receive better service at WalMart where I'm not paying a premium for white glove service.

1- Full disclosure: I had arranged for a moving assistant to act on my behalf during the move. She completely flaked. However, I did have four people on call to do a walk-though in the house before the truck drove away. The call never came and the truck left with no signature.

1- The delivery was 2 hours outside of the window of time set up. I left a meeting to accommodate being that they didn't give me any other alternative.

Good people to work with and a very competent, conscientious team that moved our stuff. In addition, we compared quotes and Redman's was very competitive, the best value for what we needed

3- There was no padding, protectors, or damage prevention techniques used during delivery.
