I was impressed from beginning to end with Mesa Moving! Everyone hears such horror stories about moving companies, so this was a pleasant surprise. From the first meeting with my move evaluator, to working with my move coordinator, they were so kind and professional. And I know it sounds like a small thing, but the fact that I could drive to their warehouse and have super kind workers load my car up with as many boxes and as much tape and packing paper as I needed was such a relief. It saved me money and took one more thing off my plate. The pick-up movers were careful in accounting for all of my belongings, and the delivery was smooth and professional. I will move with them every time from here on out. Thank you for making a stressful life event easy and positive!
Awful. Horrible communication, never-ending transit time. I've been waiting two weeks and now have been told it will probably be even longer, but they have no idea how much longer or if it even will be delayed, but it might be and they just wanted to let me know, yet they have no info. Really?! Who runs a business like this? Underwhelmed to say the least and starting to question the legitimacy of all these stellar reviews on here. (Update: it ended up taking almost 6 wks for my stuff to get to me)
Great experience with the packing and loading! Very professional and efficient! They showed up and introduced themselves. Clean cut and nice gentleman. I would recommend them again to anyone.
If I could give these guys a 10 star I would! These guys exceeded our expectations. They worked very professionally but also incredibly fast. We were packed and loaded within a day! The men who came and assisted the packing and moving were very polite, asked questions when needed, communicated with each other to ensure a smooth operation and were incredibly organized.
